don't have time for a real post...but i did my last 18 miler sunday....thought about the kids running IBM and about my friend Allison running her first half-marathon!....way to go allison...
i had a tough run...it felt long..though it was ok time wise...just tired legs...i think
the participant guide is posted...i can't even look yet...holy cow...it is getting real now eek!
