so i've been freezing all day long and i think i am finally warming up...after the day is just about done...
6am barton springs run...40 minutes...lamar/pfluger bridge loop...felt good even after the long run yesterday...maybe the magic ice bath helped...did decide on the run that when it comes time to buy the wet suit i am going sleeveless...
errands and studies during the day....wrapped someones ;) b-day presents...cooked some orange chicken with swiss chard for dinner...
7.15 swim practice...after a 500 warm-up with drills...we got filmed again tonight...no clue as to what i was doing...probably not enough catch and my front arm is too high...we will see wednesday...more drills after that and some regular swimming thrown in...did a kick drill with the head above water...man that really pumps up the heart rate...weird!...swam a lot tonight...over 1000...and i don't feel like i am going to pass out so that means i am gaining fitness right???
i deserve a cupcake :P
