so it's not a knee thing...and for that i am really really really thankful...i have a weak hip...which i kind of knew already...so it all makes sense...the hip is doing weird stuff that it shouldn't do causing all the leg muscles to have to compensate for it's lack of proper functioning...so we are working on hip strength and getting those muscles to calm down...yeah...
i got some exercises to do to help...so we are on the road to recovery now...and that is a very good sign...
so i even think that the lack of hip strength contributes to several issues...like...not lifting my knees when i run...not getting faster on the bike...and not much improvement on the swim kick/rotation....interesting...i'm hoping that we can get things moving now...

hello, I have a knee problem as well but I suspect that the origin of the issue might be weak hips et al too.
Can you kindly share the hip exercises you are doing? Ones without stressing the knees. That will be a great help!
