i am not sure that i can handle this...one workout a day...seems too weird...
am barton spring swim as usual...but it was as chrissie told us...do what feels good...if you question if you should do something you probably shouldn't...so i got in the pool...and swam until i didn't feel like swimming anymore...and got out...i noticed something about myself...i would much rather swim continuously than stop at the ends of the pool...so i did for 35 minutes...getting in just under 2000....got out and was home before j even woke up...
monday is busy...with classes all the way through 10-5pm then run practice right after school...but today there was no run practice...so i didn't even have to drive to school...yeah!...and only had to pack one bag...and got home just after 5pm...and felt a little confused as to what was supposed to be happening...did a little homework...
ate dinner at a normal hour...folded the laundry that was clean and sitting in the hall for a few days...and was in bed early...to read but fell asleep instead..oh well... :)
